值勤队网站的说明和截图

近日有幸帮忙值勤队改一下网站。由于技术有限，能力不足，再加上电脑也不小心坏了，所以就出现了现在这个样子〉〉

看一下主页：由于是在800*600的分辨率下制作的，在1024*768下两边会有一些空白。
