严禁超载？！

家里的公共汽车真挤啊！19人的小少林客车，居然塞了四五十人。而车内写着：超载，举报电话XXXXXXXX。

到底让不让超载啊，我真的不明白。

你说诺大一个乡镇，不让超载，人怎么运的出去。乡亲们都要进城办年货来着。
而且，好像公交车一般都超载的。也没见有人管？

到底超载不超载四怎么个算法？难道只算长途车？
