令人烦恼的firefox flash插件问题

现在的flash无论如何都播放不了，不知道该怎么办。

起先安装了gnash player，后来把它给卸载了，换成adobe flash plyayer。可是从此再也无法显示flash了。

试过很多种方法，包括重装gnash，重装adobe flash plyayer，都无济于事。

看到http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=750714也有人出现这种问题。也没有什么解决方案。
